Day 1: Melbourne- Spirit of Tasmania

Day 2: Devonport - Hobart (HD)
Disembark the vessel in Devonport this morning where you will be met and transferred to your hotel located on the waterfront in the heart of the city. Day 3: Hobart (FB,L)

Depart Hobart this morning and discover some of the stunning delights of this lush green island. Heading west travel to Mt Field National Park, declared a national park in 1916. Included is an easy walk through the lush rainforest to view stunning Russell Falls. Day 5: Strahan - Cradle Mountain (FB,L,D)
Today is a highlight as you board the Lady Jane Franklin II for your Included cruise through the breath taking Franklin-Lower Gordon Wild Rivers National Park, part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage area. Continue to the Tarkine Forest and the Visitors Centre at Dismal Swamp. Then at Ledgerwood stop to see the historic trees depicting carvings of the fallen World War 1 soldiers they were planted to commemorate. Continue to the East Coast of Tasmania and the small coastal towns of St Helen’s and Bicheno. SCENIC ENRICH: Be treated to a delicious lunch at the Sea Life Centre with breath taking views overlooking Waub’s Bay. Then take a spectacular drive along the stunning East Coast to Freycinet National Park where you will enjoy two nights to discover this untouched coastal wilderness. Day 13: Port Arthur (FB,HD)
A highlight today is your Included full day tour to the World Heritage-listed Port Arthur historic site, set on the southern tip of the Tasman Peninsula. Stop and admire the spectacular geological rock formations of the famous Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen in the Tasman National Park. SCENIC ENRICH: At Port Arthur, your expert local guide will take you on a private in-depth tour of this former penal settlement. You will then have plenty of free time to explore at your own pace and take your Included cruise around the harbour. Return to Hobart late afternoon.
